The Four Streams
151 words, about 1 minute.
The truth of a meeting between two people is written in four hands at once: in their words, in their voices, in their hearts, and in the pulse at the wrist. We are learning, at last, to read all four.
— The Coherence Thesis, Vol. II
The Providence measurement architecture integrates four streams of physiological and linguistic data. Each stream captures a different dimension of the encounter. None is sufficient alone; each can be misread in isolation. Together, they triangulate something that no single stream could reliably identify: the presence of genuine presence, and the occurrence of genuine presencing. These four streams, read locally and never surveilled, are what the work also calls Bio-Consensus — the biometric reading of presence; the two terms name the same thing and are used interchangeably. We describe each in turn — what it captures, why it works, and what it contributes to the minting of the currency.
