What This Section Has — and Has Not — Established

At this point, the book has established only this: that intelligence, trust, and cooperation depend on biological conditions; that modern systems increasingly degrade those conditions; that technology amplifies the state it is given; and that no existing framework treats biological regulation as a first-order design parameter for civilization.

It has not yet shown that coherence can be cultivated without coercion, recognized without surveillance, or built into how people coordinate without abuse. Those questions belong to structure.

What follows is therefore not a vision, but a test.
