Plainly: someone pays for this in years, money, and comfort, and pretending otherwise is a lie that burns people out. Build the support in from the start. — The people who built the Cardinal Scale gave up higher salaries and simpler lives. What kept them whole was not heroism but structure: they were supported, relieved, and genuinely cared for, on purpose. A movement that consumes its builders is just extraction wearing kinder clothes.

Toward the coherent substrate. Extraction consumes its workers and calls it ambition. Building with real care for the builders is the pivot made flesh in how we treat labor. This is also where Purposeful's enterprise side does its work: high-end experiences created for the mentors and frontline workers of this era — the artists, philosophers, workshop leaders, and spokespeople reached out to once the Coherence Thesis is online — so that the people carrying the pivot are sustained rather than spent.
